Article 1: Preamble

\n\n

The preamble above shall be deemed an integral part of this agreement.

\n\n

Article 2: Event Details

\n\n

\n\n

\n\n

\n\n

Additional Time Clause:

\n\n

If the Second Party requires additional hours beyond the agreed\nduration, each extra hour will be charged at 500 SAR. The First Party will\ninform the Second Party of the extra hours, and payment must be settled\nimmediately after the event.

\n\n

Article 3: Obligations of the Second Party (Client)

\n\n

1. Confirm the event schedule one\nweek prior to the event and notify the First Party of any changes in timing or\nlocation at least one week in advance. Any changes must be approved in writing\nby the First Party.

\n\n

2. Provide the First Party, within\nsix (6) months of the event date, with a written list of selected photo numbers\n(according to the chosen package) for final editing and printing.

\n\n

3. For video services, submit\nfeedback and comments before the editing (montage) process begins.

\n\n

4. The Second Party has no right to\nrequest original raw video files.

\n\n

5. If décor photography is\nrequested, at least 45 minutes must be allocated for the photography team;\notherwise, this clause shall be void.

\n\n

6. Provide a suitable workspace for\nthe photography team at the event location.

\n\n

7. If the Second Party fails to\ncollect the photos within the contractual period, they shall pay an additional\nfee of 1,000 SAR to cover material and cost differences.

\n\n

Article 4: Obligations of the First Party (Photographer/Studio)

\n\n

1. Edit the selected photos and\nprovide them to the Second Party via an online link for review. The Second\nParty is entitled to one round of revisions only.

\n\n

2. Deliver the final edited photos\nafter approval by the Second Party.

\n\n

3. Deliver the final photos and\nvideos (after editing) on a flash memory or via an online link within four (4)\nmonths of the event date.

\n\n

4. Final videos shall only be\ndelivered along with the final printed album.

\n\n

Article 5: Payment Terms

\n\n

• The total package value will\nbe determined based on the selected service/package in the online store.

\n\n

• Payment may be made in down-payments or through approved installment/payment providers (e.g., Tabby or Tamara).

\n\n

Article 6: Travel Expenses

\n\n

If the event location is outside Riyadh, the Second Party shall cover\nall travel and accommodation expenses for the photography team.
